There are solid wood floors and tall ceilings giving the apartment its modern, spacious and light feel. There are secure electronic automated gates to a private car park and access to the Apartment, through beautifully manicured rambling gardens onto your private patio and front door of your luxurious Cornish coastal hideaway. Within a short drive is the golden coastline. Moments away is the beautiful cliff and coastal scenery of St Austell Bay as well as more beaches including Pentewan and Par. Nearby is The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan & Mevagissey. Mevagissey is a short drive away and is a small, unspoilt Cornish fishing village with a rich history of boat building and smuggling. The kitchen is stunning. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with electric oven and grill, five ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 1 ½ stainless sink plus the usual kitchen appliances of kettle, toaster and should you need high chair. The kitchen unit has two bar stools making the whole area extremely sociable. Also in the kitchen is the washing machine, tumble dryer and there is also an iron and ironing board. Everything else you would expect from knives and forks to cafetiere and champagne flutes are all located in this spacious and modern luxury kitchen.

Fronting the patio door entrance is the beautifully appointed lounge, with two very large armchairs (plenty of room for two), and a 3 seat sofa surrounding a large glass coffee table.
