A beautifully presented converted former Engine House with original features and lovely valley views towards the beaches and villages of East and West Portholland. This characterful property is presented on one level and offers guests tranqulity with the beach just a ten minute walk away. A perfect getaway in an idyllic Cornish location. The area is renowned for its' stunning gardens, coastal walks, beaches and abundance of natural flora & wildlife. A perfect spot for either a family holiday or a peaceful retreat away from the normal pressures of every day life. The Olde Engine House at Little Polgrain is around two hundred years old and still retains the main axle and pulley support timbers built into the ceiling of the sitting room. The supports for the main power transfer pulley are fitted, one to each side of the entrance and a surviving iron cog wheel is set into the concrete slab at the front door. Being so close to the sea brings you onto the South West Coastal Path that will give walks and some of the best views Cornwall has to offer.
